Crop circles and Breakthrough

 I was in the UK recently and was in one of the crop circles just as
it had been announced, which was an amazing experience..., the website
of this Dutch artist Janosh is pretty cool. He has created the most amazing art
using the crop circles to convey the sacred geometry. On the Dutch site
he has the most up to date ones, the last one being Breakthrough,
reminding us how the energy is speeding up and giving us that extra
nudge to break through old limiting patterns and fears, so we can step
into our new reality.
While going through this process it is crucial to be gentle as it can be
accompanied by unrest, fatigue and disappointment. Bringing up self
doubt.

Friendships or other relationships may no longer fit, changes occur and
choices which you would not have made before. You might get fired or
people suddenly drop out of your life. Whatever is no longer a match to
your new vibration will disappear.
This letting go phase may be accompanied by grief so give yourself time
to mourn the losses, even if they weren't working in your life...they
provided a (false) sense of security and letting that go requires trust.

Physically, these transformations may also show up in general fatigue,
aches and pains in especially neck,shoulders and back. Interrupted sleep
patterns, restlessness and even changes in your regular visits to the
toilet:-)

Extra important: TAKE TIME OUT TO REST AND RECHARGE.
Go for walks in nature, meditate or have a nap.
If you push yourself , it will only prolong the discomfort.

Trust ( here's that word again) and focus upon what you desire.
When you go through whatever comes up, may it be of comfort to know that
it is being released for good.
If you skip around it or want to rush it, you're really just getting in
your way.

They suggest to focus on the centre. Our subconscious mind recognises
the sacred geometry and so is activated, in this case to support with
breakthrough.
