Zpoint audio to align with your Self

Hi,

Marianne Williamson's poem 'Our Deepest Fear' is one of my all-time favorites.
The words inspired me to create a Zpoint audio to align with who we really are,
to show up BIG and let go of playing small, so as to make other people feel uncomfortable...

If you are new to Zpoint, then start by reading (out loud) the following statement before listening to the audio.
This is a set of instructions to your subconscious mind and once 'installed' it is there for as long as you like.
Then choose a 'cue word' such as 'yes' or 'thank you'.
You can change or add to your cue words any time by saying:
I now add/change my cue word to....

After each statement, keep repeating you cue word(out loud or in your mind) until the next statement.
yes,yes,yes,yes,yes,yes,yes...

Read once before listening to audio

Letting go of what no longer serves us

Here's a new audio with a Zpoint session to let go of what no longer serves us..

If you are new to Zpoint, then before listening...

read the following out loud to yourself (this only has to done once):

I hereby set a powerful intention within you, my subconscious mind,
to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and that
each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate, as I say
or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and
components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat
my cue word in sequence, you will access deeper and deeper layers
and all parts and all aspects of my being.

Your cue word can be any word, like 'YES' or 'thank you!' (which is my favorite)

This process is very easy to follow. All that's required is for you:

• to listen to each of the statements

• repeatedly repeat your cue word ( thank you,thank you,thank you, thank you,thank you....) at the end of each statement

The statements often have an open ending, such as : because...
All you have to do is keep repeating your cue word and let your subconscious take care of all the 'because' answers.

So, there is no need for you to be aware of what all the reasons or the ways are!
Just repeat your cue until the next statement.

Then get comfortable, relax and enjoy the following audio:-)

Getting Up To Speed With Your Dreams and Aspirations Teleclass

Hi again:-)

Today's PPP(Prosperity Partnership Program) Summer Showcase teleclass on getting up to speed with your dreams and aspirations had participants from Canada, California, Kansas, New York, Atlanta, Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the Netherlands! And maybe even more countries.. How fun to be connecting this way as we aligned with our dreams and cleared up any of the ways we might have been out of alignment with who we are...

Financial Freedom

Hi everyone!

It has been a while since I posted anything.... so many wonderful things have been happening that I needed some time to integrate it all before sharing it with you:-)

Some of these wonderful things include:

I received my official certification as TAT professional and hereby am the FIRST official TAT professional in the Netherlands!!

My trainer certification will be posted within the next few weeks also so then I am also the FIRST officially certified TAT trainer in the Netherlands!!

I'll be up on the tatlife website soon:-) Very exciting and I am really looking forward to getting the first official trainings off the ground in the Netherlands!

Then... I was very blessed to come in contact with Grant Connolly's ZPoint Process...
If you like TAT, then you'll most likely also love this process!
I am in the middle of certification now and it's all very exciting!!

To let you have a sample of what this process feels like, here is an audio recording of a session about financial freedom... I am sure many will resonate with this and will benefit tremendously from this experience.

TAT audio sessions

These TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) audio recordings are a great introduction to this wonderful, graceful and powerful technique.

If you are new to Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) then visit the website www.tatlife.com where you can download the guide to get started. This will familiarise you with the pose and the steps.

If this is your first time with TAT then please listen to these set up phrases before you proceed to the other recordings. You only have to listen to the set up recording once.

Give yourself a few moments to hold the pose while listening to the following set up phrases:

If you would like a short 3 step TAT process then this is it!
Enjoy!
Before you get started,take a few moments to define what you would like to focus on( a specific issue or a general feeling, whatever it is will be referred to as THIS).
Then notice how you feel when putting your attention on this issue and from a scale from 0-10, where 0 is neutral or relaxed and 10 is highly charged, where do you rate your feeling now?
And where in your body do you sense it?

Just keep a note of this for later reference.

LIMIT your time in the pose to 20 minutes per day! A lot of energy moves and less is more:-) And be sure to drink plenty of water during and after the session.

Here is a recording of a general TAT session, for when you have 20-25 minutes.
Before you start, decide what you would like to focus on and that will be referred to as THIS.
Then notice how you feel when putting your attention on this issue, on a scale from 0-10, where 0 is neutral/relaxed and 10 is highly charged.
Where in your body do you feel it?
Keep a note of this for later reference.

Let's get off our BUT's teleclass

ARE YOU KEEPING UP WITH YOU?... This is the question Abraham asks:-)
Are you in ,your present reality, keeping up with the evolved and expanded version you have become in your visions and dreams?
If the gap between where you are and where you would like to be is too big, then you experience inner conflict.

Do you ever catch yourself saying: "yes, I'd like to change my(career,health,relationship, or whatever) BUT..."
I'm too old, I don't have enough experience, I'm not good enough, I don't deserve it, people won't take me seriously, I'm not confident enough, I don't know how to get there, I'm not assertive enough, I don't have the  marketing skills, I'm not sure if I should do more or leave it up to the Universe, I don't feel safe, I don't trust enough, I'm afraid to make my dreams come true, or fill in your reason to justify or defend why you are where you are!

or "I'll be happy WHEN...."

If so, then it is time to get off your BUT's!!!
