'The Secret' and energy psychology

As 'The Secret' continues to inspire people all over the world, it also seems the controversy is heating up...
On the aftershow with Oprah on 'The Secret' one of the 'missing' ingredients of the movie was touched upon, and that being that in order to change anything in your life you must change your vibratory rate.
Easier said then done... by just repeating what you want and feeling as if you already have it, there is one very strong current active on much deeper levels... our beliefs. Mostly unconscious! So anytime you place an order with the Universe by thinking your thoughts about your desire and feeling the feelings, we also simultaneously send out a strong signal from our beliefs! Often in total contradiction (or incongruent in NLP terms) to what we have requested!
So how do you shift this? Jack Canfield mentioned 'The Sedona Method' and EFT. I use both of those and a few others I will write about another time.
There are many ways but one I use a lot and love is EFT, emotional freedom technique.
